Since 2011, Guidon has been gaining momentum as sustainability thought leader and healthcare design expert. Our success is directly tied to the talented people who make up our team. Our staff of 45 professionals, affectionately known as “Guidonaires,” are what make Guidon special.

Our mission to empower others also applies to us internally as an organization. We want to create an environment where our team can lead healthier and happier lives so they can not just exist in the world, but thrive.

Guidon is led by seasoned professionals who understand how to listen, collaborate, and translate their life experiences into teachable moments. We put focused mentorship at the core of our onboarding process. Every new employee is assigned a mentor within their discipline to guide them through their first couple of weeks at Guidon.
