Sonya Seeder provides strategic legal guidance and support to Guidon.  She works directly with executives and project managers on a wide range of topics from corporate governance to risk management.  Her position involves developing internal processes and trainings on all compliance issues, including licensing, federal small business and contract matters. Additionally, Sonya manages outside counsel for litigation and other matters.  With a background in municipal and architecture & engineering sectors, Sonya is well-positioned to provide strategic advice at all stages of project development.
