Guidon Design provided structural engineering for the design of this $2M bicentennial plaza along a two-block stretch of Senate Avenue. Guidon was part of a multi-disciplinary team for this commemorative plaza that began as a vision expressed over 100 years ago. Located on the main grounds of the Indiana Statehouse, the plaza enhances the visual appeal of the Capitol Building’s west entrance. The project creates a public gathering space in the heart of the city that encourages civic participation and interaction.
