At Guidon, giving back is more than a tradition, it is a reflection of who we are. We recently wrapped up another successful Guidon Gives season, we celebrated a program that continues to amplify the generosity of our Guidonnaires and strengthen the communities we serve.
This year we donated over $37,000 to 23 non-profit organizations.
From September 1 through Giving Tuesday, annually, Guidon employees have the opportunity to triple their charitable impact through our 3:1 company match. For every dollar donated up to $750; Guidon contributes three. A full $750 employee donation becomes $3,000 invested in nonprofits making meaningful change.
This program has become one of the most anticipated parts of our year. It brings people together, highlights causes close to our teams’ hearts, and demonstrates our shared commitment to improving lives.
Since launching Guidon Gives, our team has helped fuel nonprofit work across Indiana and beyond. Over four years, Guidonnaires and Guidon together have contributed more than $113,000 to organizations doing vital work.
We are proud of the generosity Guidonnaires demonstrated throughout the 2025 season and grateful for the opportunity to match those efforts on behalf of our communities. Each year continues to show what’s possible when we come together with purpose.
While this year’s Guidon Gives season has ended, its impact will continue to ripple through the organizations and people supported by these donations. We look forward to building on this momentum and carrying our mission of Improving Lives + Empowering People® into the years ahead.
